ADULT GROUP EXERCISE

fitnessGroup fitness programs are developmentally appropriate and help people at any stage of life build positive health habits. Participation in Y programs offers youth and adults opportunities for friendship and community, a sense of well-being, increased self-confidence and improved mental abilities.

 

ZUMBA
Join a full session of Zumba or drop in and take the class! This program is a fusion of Latin and International dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. No experience needed! Classes are offered at both the Fairless Hills and Chandler Hall locations!

YOGA
Enhance relaxation, reduce stress, develop flexibility, increase strength and tone your body. Originated in ancient India, Yoga typically means "union" between the mind, body, and spirit.
