FITNESS ASSESSMENT/ORIENTATION

trainingRWhat is a fitness orientation? Each new member is entitled to sign up for one session. You will be introduced to the fitness equipment in the fitness center. This is provided for individuals at all exercise levels.

A fitness assessment consists of a medical/health history questionnaire and 30-45 minutes series of test to measure: Resting heart rate/blood pressure, body composition, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility. To sign up for your fitness orientation or for a fitness assessment, stop by the Fairless Hills, Newtown, or Wellness Center fitness desks.
