GIVING TUESDAY

2017 GivingTuesday logoNOVEMBER 28

There's Black Friday.  There's Cyber Monday. Now there's #GivingTuesday.

#GivingTuesdayBucks is part of a national celebration of generosity. It’s a day to give a gift that makes an impact – right here in our own community. It’s a way to let your values be part of your holiday giving.

#GivingTuesday Bucks gives you the chance to contribute to the great work being done to make Bucks County a healthier, stronger, and better community for all.

Follow Zane Moore on his 22-mile adventure through Bucks County to raise awareness of the impact that the Y makes in the lives of children and families in our community. Zane will walk from the Doylestown branch through beautiful Bucks County to the Fairless Hills branch. Along the way, Zane will be joined by friends of the Y from local businesses, schools and other nonprofit organizations on his quest to raise $116,160 or $1 for each foot he will travel.

Give. For A Better Us.

Every day, Lower Bucks Family YMCA gives our community the support it needs to learn, grow, and thrive.  From advocacy to ability programs, disease prevention to summer day camp, soccer to dance classes, everything we do helps strengthen our neighborhood and the people who live here.

But keeping our community great is a full-time job.  Every day, our community faces new challenges that create a greater need for the work we do. And we need your help to do it. Every dollar donated to the Lower Bucks Family YMCA has a lasting impact on the people of our community. Give today for a better us.

Your donation, no matter what size, makes a difference

$25 provides a teen with a safe place to go after school.

$100 allows the opportunity for a child to learn the lifesaving skill of swimming.

$250 sends a child to one week of summer camp, giving a working parent peace of mind.

$500 gives an Active Older Adult the ability to stay active and participate in social activities
