Jo has been teaching group exercise for a total of 11 years, serving the last seven years at the Fairless Hills branch.  She is also an enterprise reporter for the Bucks County Courier Times and joins volunteering with a local cat rescue.

Jo teaches:

Cycle, Tuesday 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Cyble, Saturday 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.

Favorite thing about our YMCA? 
I love the free memberships because it really encourages families to work out together and get involved in their health and fitness and community. I also enjoy seeing people having a good time and progressing in their health and fitness goals.

Most proud moments?  Finishing two triathlons!

Favorite Quote?  “It’s nice to be important, but it’s more important to be nice”

Any other fun facts?  I can do pretty good foreign language impressions. I once fooled an Australian.
